I have been trying to reach out to OneTek as a former ICE customer. Each time I tried I was unable to get anyone and subsequently left voicemails, none of which were ever returned. I had a squirrel issue in my home in Georgetown. After 3 days of no callbacks I decided to contact another company that actually answered the phone and were able to come out the next day. I spent a lot of money to get this work done.
